This practice is designed to stretch muscles, build strength and balance. This is an invigorating, fun class with lots of modifications to allow an extra level of challenge or ease to your practice. This class is great for yoga students ready for more, or seasoned yogis with a consistent practice. This class is a warm temperature class.
Offered Sunday Mornings at 8:30
This beginner to all levels class which combines a flow of movement, meditation and breathing exercises while unifying body, mind and spirit.
Offered Tues/Thurs. Mornings at 5:15, Tuesdays at 9:15 am and Tuesday Evenings at 5:30
This all levels Yoga Class integrates breathing and movement through various full body stretches and asanas (poses). Surrounded by candlelight, students are invited to use props to support the body and deepen stretches, which will help to elicit release and relaxation. Students will leave class feeling refreshed and at peace.
Offered on Sunday Afternoons at 4:00 and Monday Mornings at 9:15
This beautiful offering intertwines Yoga, Qigong and Reiki in a class experience. This is an all levels class, designed to help you unwind and relax and it does not require any previous experience. Students will be guided through a slow flow of Yoga and Qigong movements, targeted to cultivate calmness and balance. Following the slow flow, all participants will receive mini Reiki treatments during a reclining group relaxation/savasana. Students will leave feeling doubly nourished by the gentle practice in combination with reiki energy.

This all levels yoga class is designed to guide students to an awakening and an awareness of the mind, body and spirit. Noticing the connection to thoughts and intuition, through energetic yoga poses, breathwork and self-reflection. Students will leave this class feeling more at ease and intentional.
Offered Thursday Mornings at 9:15
This class uses traditional yoga poses, with an emphasis on breath, gaze, alignment and foundation, as a means of creating the mind-body connection. Students will be encouraged to move with an awareness of breath, using both effort and ease to challenge the body and calm the mind resulting in a feeling of renewal.
Offered Saturday Mornings at 8:30 and Thursday Evenings at 6:00
Reservations are recommended and waiver to be signed prior to the first class. Please bring a Yoga mat and water. Students 18 +, unless approved by instructor.

Going within. Sometimes we carry patterns and have blocks in our lives which result in a feeling of being stuck or needing direction. During this intuitive healing session we will work together through discussion, insights, breath work and hands on healing to get to the root of what is ailing you. The session offers you the opportunity to shift energy, receive intuitive guidance and release tension and stress. The overall goal of this session is to gain a deeper understanding into your life which will allow you to navigate your journey more peacefully.

Hypnosis is a practice in which a client can tap into their subconscious mind through a deep state of relaxation. Once the subconscious mind is accessed, the client can become aware of blocks and limiting beliefs, as well as root causes of an issue. This awareness provides an opportunity to re-program beliefs which can result in positive changes, healing, growth and overall well being of self.

We use various meditation techniques to help you achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state. Meditation may help to improve physical health, heart disease, high blood pressure, anxiety, depression, sleep problems, digestive problems, asthma and more.

Reiki is a form of Japanese energy healing.
During our Reiki sessions, "universal energy" is transferred through the palms of the reiki healer to the patient. This natural healing technique promotes relaxation, stress reduction and promotes healing.
