CLASSES:

Individual Classes

Includes: Shikoba Beginner, Shikoba Flow, Shikoba Flow Up, and Shikoba Candle Light Meditation with Gentle Stretch  


Age 18+, unless approved by class instructor.

We accept cash, credit card, check & Venmo. Payments can be made in the studio. Please allow at least 15 minutes prior to class to purchase.  

Yoga mat & water bottle suggested for classes.  

Story and Stretch Classes

Private Class

Includes:  60 minute private class for 1 individual

Frequent Student Class Punch Cards:

Frequent Student Class Punch Cards can be purchased upon arrival to the studio. Class Punch Cards can be used for a 6 month period from the date of purchase and all sales are final. Please allow at least 15 minutes prior to class to purchase. We accept cash, credit card, check & Venmo.

Monthly Motivation

Unlimited classes in a one month time period.  Monthly Motivation begins on the first of every month. Payment due on/by the first of the month.

-Lunar Mobility Flow Class Offering on Friday, July 11th & 25th from 6 -7pm.  An all levels smooth flow honoring the cycles of the Moon with Emily.

-Restore, Rest & Heal a Restorative Class with Guided Meditation with Rose & Angela on Sun. July 13th at 10:30am.
